This American Life

In the wake of a break-up, writer Starlee Kine finds so much comfort in break-up songs that she decides to try and write one herself—even though she has no musical ability whatsoever. For some help, she goes to a rather surprising expert on the subject: Phil Collins. She was assisted in her efforts by musicians Joe McGinty and Julia Greenberg, who co-wrote the song featured in this story.

People Are Wrong!

People Are Wrong!

PEOPLE ARE WRONG! tells the cautionary tale of a young New York Couple who move to the country, where a charismatic landscape artist/cult leader wreaks havoc on their lives (and their lawn). It's a wildly entertaining satire that will take you on an unforgettable ride, with stops in upstate New York, outer space, and points beyond, all set to be one of the most melodic and original rock scores heard in years.
